Spanish call w/attempt to get personal information. Be aware!

This number is always calling. Sometimes 3x a day.

he calls when i answer he doesnt say anything then he calls bak later on voice mail states he is an officer eric matthews from some company called ic3 he threatens me and says if i do not return his call there was not much he could do for me and not to ignore his call while i called back 2 x no answer voice mail

I missed the call, called the number back and after hearing who the person was, i said i was not interested and wanted to be removed from their call list. He said that i did not want to do that and i should say yes and again, i asked to be removed. He then told me that if i wanted to be removed from their list, he was going to kill my pets. Again, i said remove me from your list and he said" how would you like me to lick your pussy?" i then hung up and called back for a supervisor and none was provided. I told them of the previous persons actions and they laughed and said they would remove me from their list.

I answered and a deep-voiced man took several seconds to say something. He then asked if we took credit cards, and when I said no, he tells me quite rudely "Well, that was *not* the right answer." I hung up on him. I've had enough of these types of calls to know what this is.

Called and left three messages at my home today; called me at work - told them I had reported them to the FTC, BBB, FBI, Arizona and California Attorney Geners - say I owe them money for a payday loan, however, I have checked with all my payday loan people and have gotten verbal and written confirmation of them being paid.

These are criminals. Nothing they tell you is real. There is no Harrison Law Firm...at least not at this magicjack phone number. Do not give them any information. The best thing you can do is simply hang up and report these criminals to the police. It appears to me that this scam is connected to instant loan. Payday loans, Tax refund loans, etc. This is how they got your information. If you have recently obtained a loan of this type, report the lender to the police.
